The owners of this house are on their way to celebrate 15 years at their home. Back then, TIVO was just starting with timber frame prefabrication but had prior experience in construction; hence we did all the works and handed over a finished house. Projects like these laid the foundation for our modular house technology. We carefully observed how prefabricated timber frame panels go together with the rest of the construction jobs and found new ways how to streamline the process and bring it indoors.
